What is the process & expected turnaround time on jumpstart items?
Upon purchase you will receive an intake questionnaire that hones in on your skillset, achievements, priorities, motivations, values and more. Once completed you can schedule our kickoff call to ensure we are in complete alignment.
We will start with your resume and should expect a first draft within 5 business days. We want you to be 100% satisfied so you’ll have a chance to provide feedback with an unlimited amount of revision rounds (within 7 days).
Typical turn-around time for complete features including resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile revamp is 10 business days. Expeditated turn around is available for an additional fee.
Are payment plans available?
For programs, yes.
Jumpstart – 3 monthly payments of $400
Premium – 3 monthly payments of $600
Elite – 6 monthly payments of $1000 ($2500 still upon offer)

Will Ashley reach out to people on my account?
Since we have a large network and are heavily engrained in the industry, from time to time we are able to facilitate connections however this is not guaranteed.
Do you do custom packages or separate 1:1 coaching?
I get asked this question a lot, so adding it in here 🙂
Short answer is yes, we can to some extent, but in order to get optimal results the packages are structured to do so.

How long should I expect it to take to get a job?
It honestly depends on the person / situation, but generally it takes an average 8-10 weeks if you’re starting from square 1. *Note: Holidays also impact this length.
How much salary increase should I expect?
Listen, it’s been an odd market. The tech boom bumped some people way up to past market value are being level set and some people who should have been making are getting large increases. There are SO many factors including location, type of organization, responsibilities that play into it. I know some career coaches promise a 20-30% increase, and while I would LOVE to and will try as hard as I can to get you that (or more), I can’t make you a promise like that.
I can promise to support you with guidance and tactics as along the way.
Can I upgrade a lower level package?
Yes! We have some job seekers who sign up for the Jumpstart package, but later realize that they should have purchased the Premium package.
No worries! If you have previously purchased a lower tier and would like to upgrade, please send us an email and we’re happy to discuss using the price you already paid to supplement the price of a higher tier. There’s a reason that the Premium package is the most popular!
What is the 90 day guarantee?
We want to make sure that you get results. So, if you are not receiving two times more interview requests within 90 days of working together, we will rewrite your resume and make additional LinkedIn optimizations free of charge. *Only certain packages are eligible for our guarantee.
